Starting in the city center, you will embark on a guided exploration on foot of the beautiful and bustling city of Amsterdam. The tour will lead you past the extraordinary floating flower market and into the quiet and serene beguinage. Next you will pass the heart of the city, Dam Square with the classical-style Royal Palace.  After taking in enough historical facts, it is time to sample some delicious Dutch cheeses. Over the course of 1 hour 5 delicious cheeses and accompanying wines will concur your taste buds. In the meantime you will learn more about the process and history of cheese making.
